Andrea Moffett- The newest addition began her musical career in the late 80s, entertaining her grandparents with lengthy drum solos on their pots and pans. She has since made the wise choice to stick to vocals. Andrea enjoys beer, petting all the animals, hot tea, tofu, and leaving crafts halfway finished.
Thomas (TJ, The Public) Cornett - Born on Leap day, February 1984 in the quaint little town of Lexington Kentucky. After realizing he sucks at trumpet, has been an RC Blower on Trombone from the very beginning with The Rough Customers. Fun, caring, creative, yet sometimes wound too tight, helps create the sweet sweet horn melodies heard worldwide on all of our albums. Lover of people and cheesecake, he is often seen with a smile on his face enjoying a nice cold craft beer or playing a round of Settlers of Catan with friends.
Tim Vice - Tim, a Lexington native and one of the founding members of The Rough Customers, is a self taught musician, and a self proclaimed party pooper. In his spare time he can be found getting down on some Dungeons and Dragons, playing with his furry sidekick (his dog, you sickos), or, of course, pooping parties.
Mike Trusty - Joined the band only a few weeks after it's inception when discussing playing the saxophone with TJ. It was the best decision he ever made as he has made life long friends and expanded his musicianship! Born in 1976, he is the elder statesman of the band. He tries to bring diversity to the band's musical footprint; sometimes to the chagrin of the band. He supposes they can't just play TV theme songs.
Brad Minton - Brad was born in Lexington, Ky. His lifelong love of music began when both he and MTV were new to the world. Bands like Madness, The English Beat, The Ramones, and The Clash formed his love of ska and punk before he knew those labels existed. Today, he is a lover of animals and people (in that order), gourmet foods, and MLB the show on PlayStation.
Mat Lawrence - Mat hails from wherever he is at the time. He started playing drums at the age of 10 simply because every other instrument in band was dumb. After playing in epic bands like The Yiddish Speaking Hindus and Keystone, Mat hung up his kick pedal in 2006. In 2012 he was coerced by destiny to come out of retirement and pick up his drumsticks once more for The Rough Customers. In his spare time you can find him drinking the cheapest bourbon he can find and singing the most depressing songs he can think of at karaoke.
